An application called Sketch2Photo takes labeled stick figures and turns them into full blown composite photographs. Once you’ve created the most basic sketch (no creative talent needed), the application crawls the web for photos based on your sketch and labels. It selects the best photos, crops the elements from those images and then composites them into a single photo. Naturally, some look better than others as the tecnhonolgy isn’t perfect, but the idea is solid. Watch a video here. Find the creators here.
