In an effort to better serve their customers, Express launched a survey to solicit consumer feedback on how to help shape the future of Express customer service. Nice work Express. Except for that the survey states it will take 15 minutes. Seems like quite a bit of time to ask for. Would be interesting to see what kind of feedback is offered and what is actually implemented.

agreed! i would NEVER take 15 minutes to take a survey unless i was getting something out of it (i.e. have my name put in a raffle, coupon, etc.) — which brings up an interesting point: if express were to offer me a coupon for taking a survey, i would totally do it.
