I recently watched Art & Copy. It’s a documentary about the business I live and breath on daily: advertising. I have to say, it inspired me. As George Lois once said, “Great advertising makes food taste better. Makes cars run better. It changes the perception of things.” It reminded me that while advertising can deviously be about increased influence, desire and ROI — that it can also simultaneously be about moving people. And not only one person, but entire movements of people. And when that happens … ahhh, bliss.
